Our Senior Staff
Jill Drake - Director
Jill is the Association's Chief Executive, and has responsibility for the management of every aspect of Rockdale's work. She reports to the Board of Trustees.
Jill has worked at Rockdale for over 25 years in various capacities and has a good knowledge of the Association's workings. Jill has a CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice qualification and is an Associate member of the CIPD.
Jane Vaughan - Home Manager
Jane is the manager of our residential care home, Rockdale House. Jane first came to Rockdale in 1998 as Project Officer and was responsible for putting together the very popular Guide to Services. She was the Housing Manager for 10 years taking responsibility for the apartments and the support service.
Jane has an HNC qualification in Housing Management and an NVQ4 in Health & Social Care.
Val Riches - Housing Manager
Val manages Rockdale's sheltered apartments, including lettings and sales of leasehold apartments.
Val started life at Rockdale in 1998 as our Lettings Officer and as such she is extremely knowledgable about the lettings system both within Rockdale and in the wider community of the district and county.
Stephanie Cotterill - Finance & Project Manager
Stephanie is our newest addition to the Senior Management team, she joined us in February to take over from Pat Townend who has now retired.
Stephanie is a Chartered Accountant and has previous experience of working within the charity and voluntary sector. She is the Health & Safety Co-ordinator for the Association and is also assisting the Director in the new development project.
Roland Courtney - Head of Fundraising
Roland leads a small team of fund-raisers who raise money to contribute to Rockdale's charitable purposes.
Roland previously worked for many years in the IT and software industry where he managed various business units and raised extensive funds for expansion.
