Residents' Surveys

Maintenance:

Every month we send out maintenance satisfaction surveys to residents for all maintenance work where a contractor was called in and also for 5% of "in house" handyman work.  The lastest statistics for 2010 show that 72 contractor maintenance jobs were followed up with a satisfaction survey. There were 84.72% satisfied responses, 4.17% unsatisfied, 9.72% of residents did not reply and 1.39% needed a follow up. We also carried out satisfaction surveys on our in-house handyman work. 50 in-house jobs produced 88% satisfied responses, 0% unsatisfied, 10% of residents did not reply and 2% needed a follow up.

Full Site Surveys:

Every three years we also ask all residents who live in our apartments to give us anonymous feedback on the accommodation and services we offer.  In July last year we sent out 165 questionnaires and received 99 responses during the summer from our residents. We look carefully at the statistics we can take from the survey when planning future services and also note the comments made. A list of all the comments made is in a booklet in the small sitting room in Beatrice Wilson and also in the Akehurst Lane common room.
