The Call Equipment

Every flat has a call system installed so that residents can contact the support workers and talk to them easily. Some residents also choose to have call pendants to wear, so that they can raise the alarm wherever they are in the flat.

All flats also have smoke detectors linked through the call system so that support workers will know when there is smoke either inside a flat or in the communal areas and take prompt emergency action.
