This section provides downloads of the Association's various reports, policies and procedures.
We will be adding to it over the next year and hope to make it a comprehensive library for the use of our staff, board members, residents, and anyone else who may find it interesting.
Business Plan 2013
We produce our updated Business Plan annually and plan forward over the following three years.
Annual Report and Accounts 2012
The Annual Report includes our audited accounts, which run to the 31st December each year.
Residents Report 2013
This is our annual report to our residents which we are required to issue by the Homes and Communites Agency.
