My dad has been at Rockdale House for nearly a year now, after originally coming in for respite. The manager was so attentive and reassuring to me and all of the staff were just so kind to dad. Dad decided to stay! His confidence has returned, he feels valued and is happy. He says he feels very lucky. He is busy every day with activities, quizzes and helping tend the new garden area. He enjoys the home-cooked food and numerous cups of tea and biscuits and is very comfortable in his lovely ensuite room. His every whim is catered for and his problems are solved. He is made to feel special and we, his family, are able to relax in the knowledge that he is safe, and well looked after and we can see him easily anytime, his social life-permitting. Thank you all at Rockdale House.
