We have exciting opportunities for caring and motivated RSW’s (Care Assistants) to join the team at our residential care home in Sevenoaks. Working as part of our valued care team you will carry out a range of tasks that help us provide the day to day quality care and support to our residents which includes personal care, daily activities, and completing care plans.
A Level 2 qualification in Health and Social care is desirable along with experience in a similar role, however, we will give you the full training and support you’ll need to do the job. What is important to us is that you have a caring nature, a person-centered approach, and understand and respect the care needs of our residents.
Hours of work: 28/36 hours per week over 4/5 shifts including weekends over the following shift patterns: early 7.30 am-2.30 pm or late 1.30 pm-9.00 pm.
