RSW (Carer’s)

We have a exciting opportunities for caring and motivated RSW (Carer’s) to join our team. Working as part of our valued care team you will carry out a range of tasks that help us provide the day to day quality care and support to our residents which includes personal care, daily activities and completing care plans.

About you

Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; as we will give you the full training and support you’ll need to do the job. What is important to us is that you have a caring nature, a person centred approach and understand and respect the care needs of our residents.

Essential:

GCSE- Maths & English

  • Good MS skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Understand person centred care

Desirable:

  • Level 2 qualification (or working towards) in Health & Social Care
  • Previous experience working with older people in a care home setting

Hours of work: 30 hours per week over 4 shifts including weekends over the following shifts: early 7.30am-2.30pm or late 1.30pm-9.00pm.

RSW (Carer) rates are £9.84 basic and £12.30 enhanced (weekends).

Housekeeping Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and hard-working Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. Working as part of our valued team you will carry out a variety of housekeeping and cleaning tasks to help maintain high standards of cleanliness and create a clean, tidy and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors and staff.

About you

Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; as we will give you the full training and support you’ll need to do the job. What is important to us is that you are an enthusiastic, reliable and caring individual who has good communication skills and attention to detail.

Essential:

  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

  • Previous experience of working in a similar role
  • Good MS skills
  • GCSE Maths and English

Hours of work: 15 hours per week over 2 days,on a rota basis including weekends over the following shifts: early 8:00am-3:30pm or late midday-7:30pm.

£9.27 basic per hour/ £11.59 enhanced per hour.
