Registered Home Manager
Rockdale House are looking for a Registered Home Manager to join our well-established, independent residential care home in the heart of Sevenoaks. This purpose-built home was opened in 2013 and houses 50 residents. Rockdale is a charity committed to its Mission and Objectives to establish Rockdale House as a model of excellence in residential care.
We would like the Home Manager to have a professional qualification such as Social Worker, Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, or the Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
Ideally you should have at least 3 years’ experience as a Registered Home Manager and be able to demonstrate achieving a “Good” rating from the Care Quality Commission. We may consider an applicant who has been a Deputy Home Manager in a large home and is wanting to progress their career, or has had several years’ management experience in another social care or health setting.
We are looking for a compassionate and imaginative leader for our home who combines these qualities with good organisational and management skills.
We are offering
- A competitive salary (£52,000 per annum)
