We are delighted that you would like to find out more about our independent-living apartments at Rockdale Village.
You can apply for either rented or leasehold apartments – or both if you want to.
We have 123 social rental apartments, 1 market-rate rental apartment and 57 leasehold apartments. Residents need to be aged 60 or over and must meet our eligibility criteria, as outlined in our Allocation Policy below.
You cannot apply for a specific apartment unless you are already registered with Rockdale. Registering with Rockdale is free. If you would like to register with Rockdale please fill in the correct form by downloading it via the link below and returning it to us by post or email (salesandlettings@rockdale.org.uk).

‘Application Form’ is those looking for our social housing rental apartments.
‘Expression of Interest’ is for those looking to buy a leasehold apartment or to rent an apartment at market rate. The Allocation Policy sets out the eligibility criteria for social housing, as well as the process of registering with Rockdale and applying for a specific apartment.
